The price of a_ typical 3-bedroom West Vancouver home increased 3.3 per cent from $75,000 to $77,500. A 4-bedroom, 2-storey home went up 4.4 per cent from $115,000 to $120,000. In North Vancouver, com- parable homes are valued at $72,800 for the bungalow and $95,000 for the 2-storey. The price of the 2-storey house is unchanged from August, 1976, while the bungalow is down slightly from $73,000 last year. The West Vancouver pric- es rank third and fourth highest among the 84 com- munities across the country sutveycd by Royal Trust.
