Cst. Colin Bursill of the Crime Prevention Unit of the West Van- couver Police says the addition of a= trained volunteer to the program will enable the force to do a better job with the program. ‘‘We’re inviting everyone who has a boat and has it moored in West Vancouver to con- tact us if they want their boat and = accessories marked for identifica- tuion,’’ Bursill says.
