Supreme Court for the information laid to be quashed, on the grounds that it did not disclose sufficient details of an offence. Meanwhile, Digby Kies, prosecuting the Fisheries case, says he thinks he will almost certainly appeal if the cause is ruled out of order at the Supreme Court level.
