THE KINDERGARTEN class at Capilano Elementary School is serious about spreading the message of
peace. On November 10, 1989, the pupils released balloons with peace messages enclosed. On November 14,
one of the balloons was found by Shirley Peters, a grandmother living in Jaffray in the East Kootenays.
