oil before using the stone.
2. Look at the scissors
before starting. You'll see

of the blade will now be
vertical.

3. Keep the blade
vertical as you work, so
as not to change the angle
of the edge.

4. Use the fine side of
the oilstone and make
four or five zigzag strokes
across the stone. At the
