‘to phone a farm in Langlev
‘whch was reputed to have
miniature horses.

The Langley contact gave
her someone else to cail
Eventually Pierce found
miniature horses practically
in the centre's doorstep. She
‘was told that a man in West
Van kept such horses and so
she was able to provide the
Japanese wisHor with an
answer to his request

Other calls have a more
desperate tone to them. A
woman called late Friday
