Maybe even play before the TV cameras?, Announcing the Buick National Mixed Doubles Tennis Challenge. it’s new, strictly for recreational players who play tennis for kicks, and it’s for mixed doubles only. It will be an annual series of tournaments. The Challenge is a mass participation, grass roots program that will be played at Four Levels: beginning in July and August at 128 Local Playdown Areas across Canada-moving on to 32 District Sites on Sept 8-then to semi-finals at 8 Regional Sites on Sept. 15-and peaking with the Buick Challenge National Finals, Sept. 28 and 29.
