THANKS in large part to the A-series line, Audi Canada sold 13.3% more vehicles
in the country in 1996 than in 1997. According to numbers released earlier this
month, 1,087 Audi A6 models (above) were scid iast year in Canada.

13.3% over the 1997
figure of 2,576.

This represents the highest
year-end Feure for the com-
pany in the last 12 years.

The final results showed
the popularity of the sporty
A4 model with sales of 2,335
over 2,004 the previous year,
an inerease of 14.2%.

Of the total Ads sold,

respondents said that, based

ence, they would purchase

Performance Award is the
