WEST VANCOUVER Police recovered a stolen vehicle after a iS 0; P a N
high-speed chase through West Vancouver Thursday.
' Robert Frier, 31, of 7551 Ludgate Drive in Richmond, has been
charged for the theft and possession of an 1985 GMC Jimmy.
The chase began after a police constable on patrol attempted to
stop the Jimmy on the Upper Levels Highway. The vehicle, which
had been reported stolen in Richmond, was stopped at Cypress . A :

west on Woodgreen, right on to Pertview Place and west into a

. But accordiug to police, the suspect vehicle struck the police car
- and sped away. The constable gave pursuit end eventually cornered

Archie William Hogan, 21, and Richard Antony McLaughlin,
19, both of Thunder Bay, have been charged with possession of
