Includes: Pick-up of deceased, from hospital or home; registration of death; one copy of Death Cer-
tificate; minimum cost coffin; initial consultation with Executor or Next-of-Kin, and completion of
necessary documentation; religious or secular service in Undertaker’s Funeral Chapel, with ly pre-
sent (closed coffin) and use of hearse; transportation (one car) for Farnily, to and from service:
transportation (one car) for pallbearers, to and from cemetery; Memorial Society Records Fee ($15).
