the two teams, the Stingers
hit the scoreboard first on

period. Three minutes later
Corrigan’s first goal of the
evening gave the Rockets
the equalizer followed by
Barry Penman’s blast from
the point to put the Rockets
ahead 2-1 before the period
ended.

But from then on it was
