-NOTICE is hereby given by the City of North Van-
couver, pursuant to Section 703 of the “Municipal Act”
of British Columbia, that-a Public Hearing will be held on
MONDAY, JUNE 11TH, 1979, at 7:30 P.M., in the
_ Council Chamber of the City Hall, 141 West 14th

Street, North Vancouver, B.C., to receive represen-
tations in connection with the ° following proposed
amendments to the “Zoning By-law, 1967”:

BY-LAW NO. 5190 - a By-law to amend the “Zoning
Map of the City of North Vancouver’, which is an in-
tegral part of the ‘Zoning By-law, 1967” to provide for
the rezoning of the following lands from RT-1 Two-
Family Residential 1 zone to CD-8 Compiehensive
‘Development 8 Zone to permit the construction of a
34-unit townhouse development thereon:
