For those who pine for the step-
pes of Central Asia, Yic’s is cur-
rently presenting a full Mongolian
buffet from Monday to Thursday
for $9.95 (seniors, $7.95, and
children under 12, 65¢ each year:
if, for example, your offspring is
two years old it will cost him, her,
or you — if you are feeling gener-
ous — 2 X 65¢: $1.30).

What we can confirm, however,
is that Yic’s diners can choose
from a selection of six raw meats
(beef, chicken, pork, prawns,
scallops and lamb), a dozen raw
vegetables and 10 sauces.

The meats are grilled on the spot
by-Yie’s kitchen staff.

Diners dre then treated to as-
tounding displays of Mongolian

horsemanship and yak husbandry.
