ZONING BYLAW AMENDMENTS

NOTICE is hereby given by the City of Nerth Vancouver that

in accordance with the provisions of Section 890(4) of the
Municipal Act, the Public Hearing concerning the following
rezoning application has been waived, and it is the intention
of the Council of the City of North Vancouver to consider Bylaws
No. 7129, 7130 and 7131 at the Special Council meeting to

be held on TUESDAY, MAY 4, 1999.

WHAT: THE BARRACLOUGH BLOCK - FOUR STOREY ADDITION

BYLAW NO. 7129

To rezone Lot [8, Block 140, D/L 274, Plan 879, located at 201-205 Lonsdale Avenue, (Barraclough Block),

as indicated on the map. The amending bylaw will have che effect of removing the said property to permit the
redevelopment of the the site by replicating the main portion of the Barraclough Block with retention/salvage
of material co the extent possible, and construction of a 4-storey modern addition at the rear.

as indicated on the map. The amending bylaw will have the effect of removing the said property to permit the
retention and refurbishment and long term security of the main facades of the building, and facilitate
reconstruction of the interior for commercial and live/work uses.
