Youth Parliament scheduled for December 27 to 31 in Victoria. Along with 87 other young British Columbians, age 16 to 2i, Astbury will take over the Legislative Assembly to discover the parliamentary system, debate controversial topics and determine year-round projects to serve the youth of B.C.
