Plymouth Schoo! time capsule to open

CALLING ALL Division Two
Grade 6 and Grade 7 students who
attended Plymouth Elementary
School between Sept. 1978 and

June 1979 and were involved in the
time capsule burial project orga-
nized by Tony Hassard: The time
capsule will be opened 7 p.m.
Tuesday, Oct. 24 at the school. All

students who buried artifacts are
invited to attend the time capsule
opening. For more information

Contest seeks hest carved pumpkin

CHILDREN ARE invited to visit
Lonsdale Quay, pick up a free
pumpkin and enter the market’s
Halloween pumpkin carving con-
test.

The contest is open to those 13
years and under, and a pumpkin
voucher and contest entry form

Participants will carve their
pumpkins at home, then bring
them, with a completed entry
form, to the tables set up in the
Rotunda on Saturday, Oct. 28.
Pumpkins will be judged in three
