I shared the neurological ward
this past spring with Craig Potter
in Lions Gate Hospital. J watched
him strugg!e.

We both struggled in our sepa-
rate wheelchairs. | understand that
struggle. | am head injured too. |
know what it is like to try to move
each day in a damaged body.

In 1981-82 I also spent eight
months of my life in rchabilitation
at G.F. Strong Rehabilitation Cen-
tre, where Craig is currently work-
ing to recover.

Two and a half years does not
begin to repay the debt to Craig
alone. There won't be an carly end
to our sentences — Set alone an
early parole.
