Laura Ashley spring and summer collection for 1987 uses bold design and
color reminiscent of Africa. Gently feminine, this printed pastel floral
linen dress (above) is belted at the waist. A natural straw hat with lace
trim is the perfect accessory for a bright spring day. Styled for a trendy
outdoor cafe scene, this 1950s touk (tep right photo) in a parrot green
poika dot swing skirt is belted at the waist with a white cotton top. An
outfit to roam through the fields (right photo), a printed cotton camisole
is worn with a stonewashed denim skirt.
