Recipes to add
Christmas spirit to your

1 Ib butier

10 eggs

4 cups flour

| teasp. baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 cups white sugar

Juice from |! orange &

1 lemon (mix to add)

2 Ibs white raisins

1/2 Ib coconut

3/4 Ib red cherries (candied)
3/4 Ib green cherries
(candied)

3/4 Ib candied pineapple cut
1/2 tb stivered almonds

1 teaspoon almond flavouring
1 teaspoon vanilla.

Mix as you add each ingre-
dient and bake at 350° for
approx. 2-1/2 hrs or until
done. Use pans lined with tin
foi! & put a pan of water in
bottom of the oven.

4 cups milk

2 - 4 tbsp white sugar (to taste)
2 tsp vanilla flavour

6 eggs

sprinkle of nutmeg. (garnish)
Mix together in blender.
Serves approx. 4

1/2 cup icing sugar

1/2 cup cornstarch

2 cups flour

1 tsp. vanilla

Cream the butter, add the
icing sugar and cornstarch,
cream thorough adding flour
and flavouring slowly. Press
through a cookie press and
decorate if desired. Bake at
300° for 12 minutes.

1 - 12 oz. tin frozen

orange juice.

1-12 oz. tin frozen
lemonade

1 - 6 oz. tin limonade

1 - large bottle of ginger ale
(chilled)

4 cups cold water

1 litre of raspberry sherbet.
Combine all except ginger ale
and sherbet & pour over ice
into a punch bowl. Add ginger
ale and sherbet just before
serving. Serves up to 20.
