All entries must be signed by the person whose name appears on the entry form. If an entry drawn tor a prize is not signed it will be declared null and void. . Only one entry per person per visit to a participating store or office. . Prizes must be taken as awarded on "seat availability” basig, as dictated by the airlines, involved with the contes}.
