By BARRETT FISHER NOT EVERYONE knows how to do backflips through the boom or pirouettes on a jibe, but for Jackie Brown of North Vancouver, that’s her ticket to the Windsurfing World Championships in Kingston, Ontario. Brown, 17, who specializes in women's free- style, left for the Champion- ships Monday to show her _ Stuff. She qualified for the world-class event after com- peting in the B.C. Open Class Championships at Alta Lake recently. Brown surfed to a second place in the Women’s Triangle, 3rd in Women’s Slalom, Ist im Women’s Freestyle and 2nd overall in Women’s Freestyle at the B.C. Open.
