Reform teader jack Weisgerber, Liberal, chief Gordon) Campbell and NOP Premier Mike Harcourt were questioned on a wide range of issues of ce acer to the various areas serviced by the member VANNET newspapers and of con- cern to all British Columbians. VANNET includes 17 commu- nity Lower Mainland newspapers, whose combined — circulation reaches almost 90% of Lower Mainland households.
