Moller brings with him
much viticultural knowledge
— he has twice represented
B.C. at the national Sopexa
Wines and Spirits of France
competition — and a refined
Mr. French demeanour.

Prior to his Northlands
adventure, Moller put in 13
years at Vancouver's English
Bay Cafe. Before joining the
Beach House last June, Moller
was the Hart House's dining
room manager and sommelier.
