What's happening in our District
he Council for The Corporation of the District of.
North Vancouver, pursuant to the provisions of

the Municipal Act, hereby gives notice of its intent to
amend the Zoning Bylaw as described below:

"  BYLAW 6830 “Rezoning Bylaw 1044”
Capilano College

Block E, District Lots 612, 614 and 620,
Plan 18448, 2055 Purcell Way.

Proposal:

The College proposes to amend its
Amendment: plan section by shifting a portion of
the siting area boundary approxi-
mately 6m (20 ft) on the east side of
the property. This siting area amend -
ment représents a change to the Zoning
Bylaw.

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 956(4) of the
Municipal Act, Council has waived the Public
Hearing insofar as the Bylaw is not in conflict with
an Official Community Plan and does not involve a
change in use or density. Council will consider
Third Reading of the Bylaw on April 1, 1996.

Any written submissions received by the Municipal

Clerk prior to 12:00 p.m., Thursday March 28, 1996

will be circulated with Council’s agenda packages.

Submissions received after that time wil! be distrib-

uted to Council just prior to the meeting on Mon-
