To amend the text of the Zoning Bylaw to support

BYLAW NO. 6154

To amend the text of the Zoning Byiaw as it pertains
fo the size, shape and siting of principal buildings
for a one-family residential use.

The proposed bylaw makes provision for height to
be determined by measuring vertically from any point
on a hypothetical base surface created by joining the
building grade elevations at the corner points of the
fot with hypothetical lines and where no building
grade can be established, the corner point elevation
shall be determined by geodetic survey, and
measurement of gross residential floor area shall in-
clude all portions of floor area used for parking and

accessory buildings.
