It was a good presentation of a classic italian opener, though the Asiago was apportioned in a mi- serly few lumps. My main course Venison Loin ($22.50) was extremely enjoyable. The plate was decorated with slices of steamed squash, buttered baby green beans, steamed shredded red cabbage and a bak- ed tomato half. The medium-rare venison meat was served in a cinnamon and black currant jus and topped with orange segments and thin shavings of orange rind.
