Vancouver provincial court on
June 16:

Glenn Altenberg, 34, of Bur-
naby, was fined $350 and received
12 months’ probation after he
pleaded guilty to assaulting a fe-
male in North Vancouver City on
Thursday, June 3.

Michael Dominic Walker, 21, of
Vancouver, was fined $750 and
received 12 months’ probation
after he pleaded guilty to assault
causing bodily harm to a male on
March 27 in North Vancouver
District.

Walker is not ta be found
within a one block radius of the
Avalon Hotel during his term of
probation.

Daniel Charles Vigor, 37, of
North Vancouver was fined $100
after he pleaded guilty to mari-
Juana possession on July 10, 1992
in North Vancouver City,

Shahin Suface-Samiromi, 40, of
North Vancouver, was fined $100
after he was found guilty of steal-
ing a calculator belonging to Sears
Canada in North Vancouver City
on March 11.

of North Vancouver, was fined

$250 and received six months’
probation after she was found
guilty of assaulting a female on

Jancouver, received three months’
probation after he pleaded guilty
to failing to comply with a proba-
tion order to report to a probation
officer on Aug. 7, 1992, in North
Vancouver.

Houdek is required to perform
10 hours of community work ser-
vice by July 15.

June 3:

Shelly C. McConville, 31, of
North Vancouver, received nine
months’ probation after she
pleaded guilty to stealing a wallet
belonging to Sears Canada on
Nov. 12, 1992, in North Van-
couver City.

McConville. is required to per-
form 20 hours of community
work service within six months of
sentencing.

She is not to be found in Sears
at Capilano Mall during her term
of probation.

Binh Thi Nguyen, no birthdate
given, of Vancouver, was fined
$200 after she pleaded guilty to
stealing {0 pairs of shoes and one

North Vancouver provincial court

on June 2:

Edie Geraldine Joe, 33,
Sechelt, received six months’ pro-
bation after she pleaded guilty to
stealing clothes from  Woolco
(Woolworth Canada tne.) in
North Vancouver on Wednesday,
Muay 5.

Joe is required to perform 15
hours of community work service
by Aug. 15.

She is not to Se found an the
premises of any B.C. Woolca
during her term of probation.

after he pleaded guilty to driving
without due care and attention on

Walen Armstrong, 26, of Van-
couver, was jailed for three days
after he pleaded guilty to stealing

Terrence Atherton, 25, of Bur-
naby, received 12 months’ proba-
tion after he pleaded guilty to
marijuana possession on Nov. 17,
1992 in West Vancouver.
