malaria and yellow fever are
mosquito carmed so try to
protect yourself by using
repellents.

Cholera is transmitted in
contaminated food and
water. Forego all tap water,
including ice cubes. That in-

cludes brushing your teeth.
Club Soda tastes a little
strange mixed with Colgate
but it beats cholera all to hell.
I’d avoid shellfish,
custards, mayonnaise,
salads, fruit (unless you can
peel it yourself), any food
