season” program has
been completed
successfully and right
on schedule: they're in
a playoff position by
the Christmas break.

At Kerrisdale Arena on
Saturday, Davis had another
six point night with two goals
and four assists, while mght
winger Slatten erupted for
three markers and added a
tno of assists. Slatten and
centre Davis normally play
together with Alex Chorley.
However, Chorley has been
out of the Iimeup = with
pneumonia and his place has
been alternated by
Richardson and _ Ledlin.
Brownhe, Leschuk, Dave
Dupas and Todd Semeniuk
scored the others as the Caps

beat the Bluehawks 9-5.

Vancouver Bluehawks

Caps moved into a tie with
Coquitlam Comets for sixth
place in the eight team coast
division of the B.C. Junior
Hockey League, just two

Bluehawks. The top six clubs
make the playoffs in March,
but the Caps are aiming for a
higher berth.
