Chris Bryan Contributing Writer A last minute cancella- tion by Gordon Wilson for Wednesday night’s general meeting of the North Shore Association for the Mentally Challenged (NSAMH#) left organiz- ers scrambling for a guest speaker. MLA Jeremy — Dalton agreed that same afternoon to stand in for the new Minister of Education, whe filed to provide a reason lor his change in plans. “To suppose it had something to do with the job change, and I suppose they couldn’t fer us know that,” said Barbara Rodger, director of community and resource development. “But had be cancelled two weeks ago, it would have been a lot easier to take, I think.” NSAMH 1s 4 non-profit organization that works in partnership with people with disabilities and their families to achieve increased indepen- dence.
