applied over existing paint or used

ment. In fact, applying it over an
existing coat of paint brings out its

unlike regular paint's three- to four-
year renewal cycle, Guard-all lasts
10-15 years. It's also Uy’ ray resistant
and acts as an insulator which also
makes it a perfect product with
which to coat an existing roof.

The down side?

The price, for one. The old

one receives a $6,000-$10,000 job,
