Shaw in North Vancouver provincial court March 9: John Dokken was fined $20 after the 37-year-old Vancouver man pleaded guilty to wespassing on CN Rail property near the in- tersection of Chesterfield Avenue and West Esplanade in North Vancouver, nthe James Blair Schlosser received a conditional discharge and was placed on probation after the 22- year-old North Vancouver man pleaded guilty to a charge of mischief in connection with an in- cident in which a 1986 Volkswagen Sirocco was kicked. Schlosser was also ordered to pay $295.81 to the victim. Shawn Lee Townsend was fined $100 after the 19-year-old North Vancouver man pleaded guilty to two charges of possession of mari- juana. Before Judge $.B. Paradis in North Vancouver provincial court March &: Glen Harry Diffner was fined $200 after the 38-year-old North Vancouver man pleaded guilty to two counts of breaching the terms of his probation by failing to abs- tain from drinking alcohol. Before Judge J.K. Shaw in North Vancouver provincial court March 8: David Arnold Wallach was fined $756 after the 2-year-old North Vancouser man pleaded guilty to charges of assault and = assault causing bodily harm in connection with a Jan, 3 incident in which two males were assaulied. Layton in North Vancouver provincial court March 7: Peter Clair was fined $350 after the 23-year-old) Vancouver man pleaded guilty ta a charge of fail- ing to stop at the scene of an acci- dent. ttt Graeme Fransvaag was fined $150 after the 24-year-old North Vancouver man pleaded guilty to driving without due care and at- tention in connection with a Jan. 27 incident in the 400-block West Esplanade.
