James William Miller faces one charge of theft over $1,000 in connection with a Jan. 7 incident in which a boat was allegedly stolen from a Squamish marina, Miller was further charged with personating a living person and possession of stolen property after a boat was seized at a tocal boat auction Feb. 10. James Raymond Sewell was originally scheduled to appear in North Vancouver provincial court Friday to face a charge of assault causing bodily harm. The charge was laid against him following a June 27 incident in which he is alleged to have assaulted another male. Sewell was further charged with common assault in connection with an assault on another male that is alleged to have occurred the same day.
