As a mother, I am concerned that some of these cutbacks could be very detrmental to the future of some of the young people in our society. Apparantly the children of these moms are more likely to suffer from negicct, malnutrition and abusc. They are also more likely to be placed in foster homes and be available for adoption after the firs! year of life.
