So the West Vancouver Recreation Centre has developed a 30 minute exercise class to squeeze in before you head to the office, Starting at 7 a.m. and ending at 7:30 a.m., with all the conve- niences of free coffee and hot clean showers, the class allows participants to get ready for work and still make it comfortably to a downtown office by 8:30 or 9 a.m. A similar class has been running at the Rec Centre from 6 to 7 a.m. for years, with 60 members regu- larly attending. This class will con- tinue for an hour of really athletic work, The Quick Fit class is 30 minutes of exercise at a moderate level, and newcomers would be welcome to join, Teacher Ila Mae Dickson has been offering entry level classes for seven years with great success and has extraordinary skill at making everyone feel successful. Nothing is too fast or too com- plicated to perform. Dickson, a former school teach- er, is very skilled at instructing her students on technique and modifications.
