why its North Vancouver custom-
ers can buy a bottie of pop but not
a carton of milk under a new city
bylaw passed recently.

North Vancouver City Council
passed a bylaw change that will
keep gas stations from being con-

venience stores, meaning the
Mohawk Oil location near Third
and Forbes will no longer be
allowed to sell a container of milk
there.
