IN A DIRECT attempt to en- sure the success of their pian- ned business ventures, North Shore residents have just completed a 12-hour course in business management. During the course, each stu- dent assessed his or her talent for business. Students also determined the potential of their intended markets. The course ‘‘Assessing En- trepreneurial Potential —~s Have 1 Got What It Takes’’, is taught jointly by Robert Kyle, a management consul- tant, and Hamish Jackson, an accountant. The assess- ment course is the first stage in a three-part program of- fered by North Shore Cont- nuing Education. This is a family event for all ages from pre-schoolers to adults.
