It's unusual — that ts for
certain! But don’t mistake
this project for a clothes
rack. Use it to hang up four
flower pots and, presto,
you've got a= real con-
versation piece.

The design and _ its
execution are comparatively
simple. You’ need various
pieces of cedar, plastic
flower pots and trays, some
lightweight chain;
miscellaneous screws, nails,
glue, and the inevitable
sandpaper.

Be sure to give the
finished project a sturdy
base, otherwise you may end
up with a project that could
topple over at the drop of a
hat — no pun intended.

If you use cedar, there will
be little or no need to use a
finish. Other woods will
need staining or painting to
your choice.
