As part of the subdivision approval for Whitby Estates, it is proposed to sell the Municipal Land plus adjacent unopened Road Allowances to British Pacific Properties Ltd. for $3.28 million cash. The District also will receive land for park, school and creek dedications, plus the various new roads. .
