dominium buildings are going up on almost
every comer and bringing with them new resi-
dents and new dollars to the area.

’. front at the corner of Lonsdale & 2nd.

“That's the new trend at the bottom of Lonsdale. The
~ buildings going up are selling instead of Icasing their
‘main floor retail space. Jt may be taking a while to find the
right tenant for the spaces but once they do they are sold.

Within the next couple of years the Lower Lonsdale water-
front area will become “The” place to live, work and play.
