Said Collard, “A lot of people
look at the albums we do and think
that it’s a lot of work, but it’s a lot
more work if you let it pile up into
shoe boxes and 20 years later you
have to tackle it.”

The consultants initially try to
get people to work on their current
photos. The process will usually
jog older memories attached to
dated photographs.
