TV actor shifts to bardwor NORTH SHORE resident Ken Kramer will spend a great deal of his summer under a tent. That's because he plays Robert Shallow in The Merry Wives of Windsor and the Duke of Kent in King Lear as part of Bard on the Beach's 1994 sea- son, Bard on the Beach presents Shakespearean plays under a tent at Vanier Park. Kramer co-founded Regina's Globe Theatre in 1966 and was its artistic director until 1990 when he moved to North Vancouver. He has received the Order of Canada for his work. Since moving west, he has appeared in television’s The Commish, Cobra, Deception Il, and The X Files, to name a few.
