NRS appointments announced

NRS NATIONAL Real
Estate Service has announc-
ed new appointments.
Joseph B. Pearson was
appointed executive. vice-
president and chief
operating officer, Canada;
Arnold Schepe! senior
vice-president; Glen
Kullman general manager,
franchise support services;
and Derek Innes_ regional
manager, Lower Mainland,
Pearson began his real
estate career with NRS as a
salesperson with the Co-
quitiam office and rapidly
progressed to manager and
tegional manager for the
Okanagan; fcllowed by

general manager, vice-
president and, most recent-
ly, senior vice-president,
brokerage division. In_ his
new position, Pearson will
assume responsibility for all
Canadian franchise opera-
tions.

Schepel has been with
NRS for 29 years, originally
as manager of the NRS cat-
alog division before being
appointed manager of NRS
advertising in 1978. He will
coniinue to provide market-
ing and advertising support
to NRS franchises.

Kullman has served in
many service support
capacities in his 22 years
with NRS, most recently as

general manager of ad-
ministration. In his new
role, he will analyze and
restructure all existing sup-
port services including the
NRS mortgage program, the
NRS home warranty pro-
gram, the NRS_ corporate
relocation program, and the
NRS referral system pro-
gram.

Having been with NRS
for eight years, Innes has
served in a management ca-
pacity for the past six years
as career development man-
ager, assistant manager and,
for the past three years,
bianch manager of the NRS
Coquitlam office.
