COMSEC FUNDS A NEW Vancouver company, Comsec Consultants Inc., will receive a $34,850 loan from the fed- eral government’s Western Eco- nemic Diversification fund to help with the cost of developing and marketing a kit for installing ceil- ing-mounted speakers. The kit, designed by company president Lorne Woods, consists of a £0 inch by 12 inch plate made of sheet metal with an 8 inch hole in the middle through which the speaker is installed. An adjustable sliding bracket is what makes it unique. “There is no other company in Canada producing an adjustable installation kit of this kind,’’ said Woods. ‘‘One advantage of this kit is that the speaker hole can be cut when the ceiling is being in- stalled. This will cut installation time by at least half and also will result in the proper alignment of the speaker.”” ARDAGH HUNTER TURNER Barristers & Solicitors IMPAIRED DRIVING AFTER HOURS Crim‘nal Matters Only 926-3181 [986-4366 | FAX 986-9286 300-1401 LONSDALE, NORTH VANCOUVER, B.C. ‘SunLife Trust MEMBER: CANADA DEPOSIT INSURANCE CCRPORATION MEMBER: SUNLIFE GROUP OF COMPANIES G.R.S.P, - Interest Compounded Annuals: GIC — Interest Paid Annually or Compounded Annually | Svea 3 YEA Clint Shaddock Regional Sales Manager rive,’ West Vancouver; 8. 9% + 10% RS 4 YEARS! 5 YEARS Ask about our O10 Best Rate Mortgage * Rates subject to change without notice. “Tel: 928-3112-..
