State cf the Arts - A Forum

If you're interested in the State of
the Arts on the North Shore, here's
your chance to become informed and
speak out. The State of the Arts is an
annual Ans Forum conducted by the
Noth Shore Ans Commission to
report to the public on its progress
and provide the community with an
opportunity to respond.

The 1991 Forum will take place
Thursday. May 24th, hewween 6 and
8 pm im the Capilario Room at che
Lonsdaie Recreation Centre. This
year's agenda includes the Arts
Cemmission’s public address by
chairperson Judy Dennis foilowed by
a debate and dialogue on “The
1990's: A Change in Funding or a
Change in Arts” with beynote
speakers from the Vancouver Opera:

and Kathleen Speakman, Assisiant
