The dog followed a path
through the bushes and emerged
into the backyard of a home in the
4600-block of Ramsay Road.

As Razz entered a carport, he
indicated a pile of junk on a ches-
terfield. The dog poked his nose
into a blue, balled-up sweatshirt -
that had been stuffed into an end
of the chesterfield. The dog pulled
out the sweatshirt to reveal a black
radar detector and an Alpine am/
fm car cassette stereo.

Razz continued on to a travel
trailer parked in a driveway and
jumped up at the door.

Police opened the door, and
Razz ran to a bunk located at the
end of the trailer. Razz jumped up
and began to growl. The dog pull-
ed at a white bed spread to reveal a
man concealed beneath it.

A 17-year-old North Vancouver
youth was arrested and faces a
charge of theft from auto.
