A NORTH Vancouver businessman was millions of
dollars richer last week thanks (o the honesty of two local
lottery ticket’ vendors. After the winner-to-be ran off
without taking his tickets, (he vendors kept them for him
and later called to tell him he had hit the jackpot. But

The Municipal Water Department will commence its
annual program of flushing of water mains on March 7
1988 through to May 27 1988 inclusive. This may result
in the water supply showing sediment. The sediment is
