This will allow oil com- panies their choice of full- serve or self-serve gas sta- tions. Mayor Marilyn Baker was joined by aldermen Murray Dykeman and Ernie Crist in opposing the motion. “This would have a detrimental effect on service and choice of service,"" Crist said.
