WEST VANCOUVER'S
school district 45 has come
under attack for cutting its
contribution to the North
Shore Union Board of
Health.

Council passed a NSUBH
cost-sharing agreement
bylaw Monday, but not be-
fore council members pro-
tested the action by West
Van's school board.
