Sunrise Park will officially open on Sunday, Nov, 19, 1-4 pm. SUNRISE Park, por- tions of which were used in the past as a transfer and storage area for con- struction and fill materi- als, has been redevel- oped over the last year. Park construction has pro- ceeded in two phases over the past 14 months. The former storage site has been converted to a lit all-weather sports field and includes a naturalized for- est landscape with trails, board- walks and wedand areas. A new all-weather sports field ‘was’ completed — in November of 1999.
